Lawrence A. Reid, Esquire || Chief Executive Officer
Larry Reid serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RSource and is responsible for steering the strategic vision and direction of the company. Mr. Reid graduated from The George Washington University National Law Center with honors and was a member of The George Washington University Law Review. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Jayson Yardley || President
Jayson Yardley serves as President of RSource and is responsible for strategically expanding the company while delivering exceptional client performance. Mr. Yardley has over 25 years’ experience in Revenue Cycle and has previously served as CEO and President of two healthcare RCM companies. Mr. Yardley earned his MBA at the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Lorrie A. Wood || Chief Client Officer
Lorrie Wood serves as Chief Client Officer of RSource. Ms. Wood has over 25 years’ of experience in the healthcare industry and has previously served as a Director of Patient Accounting. Ms. Wood is a leader and influencer in all aspects of RSource’s programs and growth, but is especially focused on assuring the quality of RSource’s programs in client services and operations. Ms. Wood attended the University of Louisville and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
J. Lane Baker || Chief Development Officer
Lane Baker serves as Chief Development Officer. He regularly collaborates with leadership from all departments within RSource to bring RSource’s solutions into new or existing client engagements. Mr. Baker has served on the AAHAM Florida (Buccaneer Chapter) Board of Directors. He is a graduate of Georgia State University and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Lynn Cherepy || Chief Technical Officer
Lynn Cherepy serves as Chief Technology Officer of RSource. Mr. Cherepy has over 20 years’ of experience building healthcare technology solutions. His focus at RSource is on creating a world class technology platform, enabling the RSource team to work more efficiently and delivering industry leading outcomes for our clients. He graduated from Colorado College and holds a degree in Physics.
Clay Callicoat || Chief Financial Officer
Clay Callicoat serves as Chief Financial Officer of RSource. Mr. Callicoat has over 25 years’ experience in various operational finance roles and has previously served as CFO of two healthcare RCM companies. Mr. Callicoat earned his MBA at the University of Illinois and his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Tammy Swanson || Chief Operating Officer
Tammy Swanson serves as Chief Operating Officer of RSource. With over 30 years in the industry, Ms. Swanson is a seasoned healthcare and technology professional. For the last 13 years, Tammy has been an operations consultant, working to introduce and sustain operational improvements for scalability and growth. Tammy is an experienced COO and brings a breadth and depth of experience in how to transform companies from good to great.
Janelle Doharty || Head of People and Culture
Janelle Doharty serves as Head of People & Culture at RSource. Ms. Doharty has over 15 years’ of human resources experience with over 8 years’ specifically in healthcare. Her focus is ensuring that the people strategy at RSource aligns with the strategic plan of the organization as we continue to build a strong employer brand and winning culture. She holds a MS in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and is both HRCI & SHRM certified. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources, a board member of HR Florida and Past President of HR Association of Broward County.
Robert Reid, CHFP, MBA || Executive Vice President of Client Development
Robert Reid serves as Executive Vice President of Client Development and is responsible for providing Revenue Cycle Solutions to healthcare providers nationwide. Mr. Reid has more than 25 years’ of experience in the healthcare industry serving the needs of community hospitals to large multi-hospital systems. Mr. Reid attended State University of New York at Fredonia and has an MBA degree. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and received his Certified Healthcare Financial Professional designation in 2005.
Cassie Walden || Executive Vice President of Client Services
Cassie Walden serves as Executive Vice President of Client Services. Ms. Walden is responsible for managing RSource’s Client Services Department to ensure all RSource clients receive top-notch service. Ms. Walden has over 17 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. She graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration, is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and serves on the board of the HFMA Oklahoma Chapter.
Janice McGoldrick-Matthews || Executive Vice President of Client Engagement
Janice McGoldrick-Matthews serves as Executive Vice President of Client Engagement. Ms. Matthews has 30 years’ experience in the healthcare industry working in professional and hospital revenue cycle and also has served as a Coding Instructor. Ms. Matthews is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University and a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), American Case Management Association (ACMA), American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), and American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC). In her current role, Ms. Matthews is able to apply her extensive operational background to ensure client expectations are met, while providing solutions and reporting to meet client needs.
Melissa Windler || Executive Vice President of Client Services
Melissa Windler serves as Executive Vice President of Client Services. She works alongside other members of RSource leadership to streamline processes and ensure continued success. Ms. Windler brings with her 25 years’ of experience some of which includes the implementation of revenue cycle initiatives, communication strategies, patient engagement tools, account resolution techniques, as well as the oversight of multiple departments within the revenue cycle industry.
