Larry Reid serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RSource, and is responsible for steering the strategic vision and direction of company. Additionally, Mr. Reid serves as general counsel of the company, overseeing legal collections and all legal matters, including compliance with HIPAA, FDCPA, FCRA, and other relevant laws.
From 1992 - 2007, Reid was co-founder and CEO of AHC, a healthcare receivables management company. Under Mr. Reid's management, AHC grew to over 400 employees. In 1999, Mr. Reid and his partner, Robert Smith, sold AHC to a private-equity-backed holding company but stayed on to manage the company's continued growth.
Mr. Reid was previously an attorney at Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP. He graduated from The George Washington University National Law Center with honors and was a member of The George Washington University Law Review. Mr. Reid has authored numerous receivables management articles and is a member of the Commercial Law League of America and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

As President and co-founder of RSource, Robert Smith runs the day-to-day operations of RSource including new and existing service line development, technology and security, sales and marketing, customer service, P&L and budget review and facility management.
As noted above, Mr. Smith and Mr. Reid previously co-founded AHC in 1992. As President of AHC, Mr. Smith was responsible for all phases of the company's operation, which grew from a startup venture with two employees in 1992 to over 400 employees.
Mr. Smith attended Long Island University where he majored in Business Administration and Sales & Marketing. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

David Agarth serves as Chief Operating and Chief Finacial Officer of RSource. Mr. Agarth has more than twenty-five years experience in healthcare financial operations and revenue cycle management. He has served in senior management roles in the healthcare provider setting, as well as the information technology and revenue cycle BPO fields.
Mr. Agarth is a graduate of California State University, Fullerton and began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with a “Big 8” firm. Most recently he served, first as Chief Financial Officer, and later as Chief Operating Officer of AHC. He is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Mr. Vines serves as Vice President of RSource. His expertise encompasses management of problematic healthcare claims and payers, reimbursement contracting, as well as workers’ compensation claim reimbursement. Mr. Vines also leads a team of attorneys focused on pursuing hospital-payer contractual payment variances while also providing guidance to hospital clients for amending contract provisions.
Mr. Vines regularly presents workshops and seminars for hospitals, health systems, and professional healthcare organizations nationwide with an emphasis on using legal-based techniques for fighting insurance denials as well as identifying strategies for implementing proactive processes aimed at preventing stalled reimbursement.
Mr. Vines graduated from the T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.

Curt Pace serves as Vice President and is responsible for business development nationwide. He began his career in healthcare as a Business Office Manager for a large hospital in the Southeastern U.S. Since that time, Mr. Pace has over twenty years of experience in providing receivables management and financial services to hospitals throughout the U.S.
Mr. Pace attended both Anderson University and Clemson University and has a degree in Marketing. He has been a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association since 1987 and is currently a member of the Florida HFMA Board of Directors.
